Victoria Autrey		Van Ledbetter won the Cossatot Arts and Crafts Assn. "Artist of the Year" award at the annual Christmas party and art competition. The entries were judged by a qualified judge from outside the organization. Mr. Ledbetter's winning entry was a watercolor entitled " Hawk Bill Crag. Jerri Rivers won second place for her acrylic painting called "Chimayao". Third place went to Melba McGaha for her mixed media work entitled "He's Making his List" and the fourth place winner was Victoria Autrey for her acrylic, "The Dark Horse".

Artist  Of  The Year Rules

1. Entries presented for Artist of the Year must be completely original, not having been
shown to or critiqued by anyone. If painted from a photograph, it must be taken by
the artist or be from an unpublished photograph that is at least 50 years old.

2. All competing artists must be present in order to win any ribbon. Each entry must be
brought in at assigned time, completely covered, to be uncovered by judge(s).
3. Only currently paid members and those complying with #5 in Artist of the Year rules
will be allowed to participate for Artist of the year.

4. Violation of the rules disqualify entry.
